1. Service Description

ArbFlow provides a SaaS platform for UK contractors to manage project quotes and process payments. Access to the platform is currently free for early adopters.

2. Payment Processing & Fees

All client transactions processed through our platform utilizing Stripe Connect are subject to a 1.5% application fee, automatically deducted from the gross transaction amount. The remaining funds are routed directly to the contractor's connected bank account.

3. Limitation of Liability

ArbFlow provides the software infrastructure only. We are not a party to any contract, agreement, or dispute between the contractor and their client. We hold no liability for incomplete work, client refunds, or disputes arising from services rendered.
