1. Platform Fees

Access to ArbFlow is currently free. The 1.5% transaction fee processed during client payments is non-refundable, as it covers the immediate cost of the secure payment routing infrastructure.

2. Client Payments & Disputes

ArbFlow does not manage refunds between contractors and their clients. Any refunds for project deposits or final balances must be handled directly between the contractor and the client outside of the ArbFlow platform.
